Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Tongs

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tbsp Powdered Sweetener
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Natural Ancient Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Whisk the mayonnaise, powdered sweetener, apple cider vinegar, Natural Ancient Sea Salt, black pepper, celery seeds, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder in a mixing bowl until the dressing looks completely smooth. The mixture should look creamy and glossy, with no visible sweetener grit clinging to the sides of the bowl.
  • Add the coleslaw mix and toss until every strand is coated, then serve right away or chill for at least 2 hours before serving. As it rests, the cabbage softens slightly and settles into the dressing, and the sweetness will taste a little stronger after chilling.

Notes

Cabbage prep: To prevent watery coleslaw, sprinkle the cabbage with salt in a colander and let it rest for 20 minutes. Rinse with cold water and squeeze out excess moisture before dressing.
Sweetener tip: Always use powdered sweetener instead of granular. Granular sweetener stays gritty in cold mayonnaise dressings, while powdered dissolves smoothly.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Do not freeze, as the mayonnaise-based dressing will separate upon thawing.
